Ryan Levering - Founder

I love to see others experience the joy, confidence, and freedom found through physical movement.

One day at a time, one training at a time, one move at a time -

I desire to build in the long term love of having your body be an asset, not a liability.

GREATNESS COMES FROM EACH INDIVIDUAL.

Ryan Levering

Raised on the beaches of Santa Cruz and Maui, early on it was instilled in Ryan’s understanding that the key to having more fun, surfing more waves, and being a more capable Lifeguard was going to be fitness.  Through high school and college the pursuit of fun manifested itself in competitive swimming, running and triathlons allowing her to travel the world competing against some of the worlds best.

Injuries and burnout after college pushed Ryan to refocus on the basics, studying and getting certified in various sports and fitness accreditations to learn how to properly train the body for long term sustainability.  Three kids, two decades and one college degree later, Ryan has realized that her greatest joy comes from helping others learn that their body is an asset, not a liability.

Ryan’s passion is teaching and motivating:  Proper form comes first as that feeds greater personal motivation, more enjoyment and sustainable health.  The love of seeing someone learn and trust what their body is capable of, and the natural progression of literally enjoying life more is what motivates Ryan to be in this field.

On the weekends you can find her either enjoying the trails with her family, racing gravel, mountain or road bikes, running in a local trail half marathon or working in her garden. Ryan thrives on being active and saying “Yes” to adventures.

Certifications include: StrongFirst Kettlebell Level II instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Keiser indoor cycling
